GAU Catering carried out the project \u201cSmart Catering: Innovation and Sustainability \u2013 SCIS\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Exp. DUM-030000-2023-322, funded by the European Union \u2013 Next Generation EU<\/strong>.<\/p>

Within the call for grants for \u201clast-mile\u201d digitalization projects in tourism companies 2023<\/strong> (Line 3), GAU Catering SL was a beneficiary of this aid scheme granted by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism \u2013 State Secretariat for Tourism<\/strong>.<\/p>

GAU Catering\u2019s motivation to embark on the \u201cSmart Catering\u201d<\/strong> project arises from the need to address specific challenges in the sector, such as insufficient digitalization and waste generation, through the adoption of an integrated approach that combines advanced technology and sustainability, enhancing competitiveness and transparency.<\/p>

The Smart Catering<\/strong> project, promoted by GAU CATERING SL<\/strong>, is positioned to catalyze transformational changes in the tourism sector by leveraging digitalization and sustainability to establish a new paradigm in catering services.
